I Am On A Generic Brand Of Junel Fe 1-20,

I am on a generic brand of Junel Fe 1-20, the one that is 21 active pills, and 7 inactive pills (pretty sure all of the 21 active pills have the same dosage) and I want to know if it is okay to change the date of my period since I will be going on vacation in two months. I am not sexually active, I am a virgin, and don't plan to be any time soon. Normally I know you can just skip the period by not taking the inactive pill and going into a new pack starting with the active pills. But my insurance only allows you to get one prescription a month, therefore not having enough pills, and was wondering if I could just change the date of period by taking 2 weeks of the inactive pill taking the inactive pill on the 3rd week instead of the 4th week. And then going back to the white pill on the 4th week to end the pack and then start on a new pack. It would work out correctly, the same thing except having my period come early instead of skipping it all together. I was just wondering if this would be okay and safe to do.
