I am not sure if I have food poisoning, norovirus, or heart attack. I'm 46 female, very healthy but my symptoms have come in gradually throughout the day and then subside and come back symptoms are 1.      (burning and stabbing pain that comes and goes in chest left side -Could be heartburn)
2.     Low energy
3.     Nausea (All day)
4.     vomiting (1 bout with projectile vomit)
5.     loose stools
6.     lightheadedness
7.     leg aches
8.     belching
9.     No appetite
