I Am Looking For A HIGHLY Educated Psychiatrist With A

I am looking for a HIGHLY educated psychiatrist with a very positive review record of having patients with a long and complicated history. Patients dealing "every day" with debilitating mental health issues that are functioning well in society. Most that I have found are 6-8 weeks before 1st appointment or have to be admitted. I have been in contact with my family doctors (including Pain Management, spinal injury from a car accident 9yrs. ago that had been re-injured 2yrs. ago) and they realize how difficult it is to find a psychiatrist that I cannot "run circles around". From childhood to now, I have had many Psychiatrist's that have sent me elsewhere, admit me for evaluation then left me, and many other frustrating situations. I have tried my best to "handled" my situation on my own. I am now 38yrs old. I have been admitted 3x as a child and have attempted to seek council 2x as an adult with no improvement. As a child I was diagnosed as Schizotypal . Also, with ADHD and OCD. (depression and anxiety come with the territory). I am on medication to treat this but, my daily activities are "broken". I am finding that it is very difficult for me to leave my home and speak to people (except my mother). ie.: I own a business, have had to care for family and much more... I know the "redirect" of the steps I have been told to handle and care for my self but, it is not working. I no longer find no joy in accomplishing tasks that others think impossible; I do not feel peaceful when I see others smile anymore. I felt calm when I was taking my dogs on a walk and I have not done that since my husband went in and got home from open heart surgery. I also, had been under cardio care (including a home 30 day EKG monitor. also have not gone to my other apts. including my MRI (spinal ie: NOV 2014) and OBGYN (I have had Uterine surgery and was supposed to make an appointment (April 2015), blood work (NOV 2014 ( I still have the paper work they told me to give to the Dr.)), for elevated heart rate followed by low blood pressure. I have not seen my cardiologist or went to my other appointments because I feel my husband condition and recovery, my family, the business, the bills, are more important. I have to be with him 24/7 and care for him until 7/28/15 and I am having staffing issues with the business, and My father is fading, and then there is my sister and my brother with major medical issues. My mother has always been my "stable point". Now I we try to support each other. The "panic attacks" are becoming more frequent again and I have been vomiting daily again for 2wks. (laps of 6wks no vomiting previous) frequent tightness in my chest. Any such thing as "over-the-phone" or "at home" sessions? Thank you for your time and your thoughts. ~Kristin
