I am into my fourth week since I got infected by Dengue. My platelet count had gone to as low as 48K but I recovered to over 200K in about a little over a week. I am 72 yrs. of age. My doctors have confined me to the house and advised me that I must give myself another month before going about my normal work. My question is that can I start on light stretch exercises like yoga now?
