I am in my 70's and I have trouble eating. Bread type products make me choke up. I can only eat a few bites of food and then I feel so full that I might get sick if I eat any more. An example of this would be: 3 or 4 pieces of popcorn shrimp and 3 small bites of plain baked potato and a couple of sips of water. That is now a full meal for me. I also wake up each morning feeling sick to my stomach and I am uncertain if this is caused by sinus drainage or I am just sick to my stomach.
