I am having pain while I am urinating

I am having major pain while im urinating, even hard to urinate at all, sometimes I urinate blood ,but its always painful. I started having pain while urinating a few weeks ago,now it has only gotten worse with blood,I havent told anyone yet,and I want to know what I can do to make it better,or even remove the pains. If it matter, I first felt it in the shower.
