I am having a metallic taste in my mouth. I don't have a sinus infection, a few days ago I had nausea, dizziness and the inability to communicate effectively. I went to the ER and my Blood pressure was elevated 220/120 I did taste something that was severely out of date and felt ill immediately afterward. I am thinking this has to do with a food poisioning maybe? My blood pressure went back to normal and has not elevated again. I felt better after a few hours and was released. The ER Doc said I had a small amount of fluid in my upper sinus so I had a sinus infection. Soryy, I have had some really bad sinus infections and never was incoherent,.
