I Am Having A Baker's Cyst In My Left Knee

I am having a baker's cyst in my left knee aspirated today. I am quite nervous about this as I do not know what to expect. 2 years ago, on this same knee, I had a torn meniscus repaired by Orthoscopy. Did great with recovery from that. I understand that the Nurse Practioner will be doing the drainage of the cyst. I am a bit nervous and wondred why the Ortho Physician did not do this himself but referred me to his NP.
