I am getting exceptionally fatigued by the end of the day. I have a skin rash for which my doctor prescribes an antibiotic. Now I am having shaking chills, and various body aches. I sleep well at night and feel fine during the day. Also, I have been losing weight - about 8 lbs the past 3 weeks despite eating a lot. I workout almost every day, but have been skipping some days lately to get more recovery.
