I am female. Wednesday I felt a sharp pain shoot thru my lower stomach and down to the groin area. 2 hours later I started to have soreness/pain in my middle back on both sides. It was sore all night. Thursday I had the same pain in my middle back but it got worse as the day went on. Later that night I ran a low grade fever. I had a urine test for kidney or unrinary tract infection but found out today (Friday) that it was negative. I am still having soreness in my middle back but now it is mostly on my left side. I am trying to drink a lot more than I usually do. Can this be a kidney stone? What can I do to hurry it along?
