I am experiencing some pain in my right chest area as well as my right shoulder back and I feel sleepy . It all started at 3pm yesterday I was having pain in my stomach area as well as pain in my chest and back and I felt nausea and all the sudden I was very tired. I laid down around 4pm cause I work at midnight , I woke up about 8pm with feeling I was going to get sick arounf 10pm I got sick and the chest and back pain came back . I am still having that pain, wha tdo you think.
