I Am Currently Being Treated For NEUROPATHY In Both Feet

I am currently being treated for NEUROPATHY in both feet and I have a hard time getting to sleep due to my legs aching and jumping around. My doctor gave me cyclobenzaprine 5 mg to help me get to sleep. I am also taking DITROPAN 5 mg, LIPTON 40 mg, TOPROL XL 25 MG AND ELIQUIS 5 MG due to recent double CABG. My insurance company has sent me a letter that says these meds may not work well together and I need to contact my doctor as soon as possiable. Do you feel the same way and what is the best med to replace it with?
