I am currently almost 40weeks pregnant & noticed in late

I am currently almost 40weeks pregnant & noticed in late afternoon today my left gland under my ear and on my jaw bone is swollen & extremely sensitive to the touch. It seems to have only intensified in the last 5hrs. Should I be alarmed enough to call my midwives? I have upped my vit. c intake with oral vitamins & have drunken echinacea tea.

Hi, Im a bit confused, & hope some one could please shed some light on this. My husband & I are trying to fall pregnant. We have only been trying for 2 months. I know it can take between 6 months to a year to fall pregnant. Whats bothering me is, a month before we started trying I noticed my period was irregular, & has been for the past 3 months. I am almost always 28 days, if not, I would be a day late. I normally have my period for 5 days, with the sore breasts & lower back pain etc. Now out of the 3 months, the 1st 2 months I got my period every 27 days, with no pain or symtoms & it only lasted 3 days. The 3rd month (Current month), I was 3 days early, if I work it out on a 27 day cycle. I had the symtoms of sore breasts etc again, but almost 2 weeks before my period was due. I took 2 pregnany tests, both negative. I have no guideline now when I could possibly ovulate. Why is my body changing so much? Should I see a doctor?

Hi, I am 31 weeks pregnant and lately I cant sleep that well anymore. When I sleep on my left hand side for a little while my ribs get to be so sore on that side more to close to the spine, last night it got to the point where I couldn t sleep like that anymore so i changed to the right hand side, later the right ribs were feeling the same as well and I understand that I shouldn t sleep on my back. My ribs are currently still feeling uncomfortable even now. How can I remedy this situation? I must add that with my work I am more sitting than standing and I always have my feet up. Thank you!

I haven t had any just found passing stool easy
