I am concerned about STD/HIV as I had protected 30 min sex with a condom with a female craigslist escort. Had oral & vaginal sex - 30 plus days ago. I did not ejaculate and I am fairly certain condom did not break but it appeared entire shaft wasn't covered by end as my penis was soft. - I had a sore lined neck pain on both sides a day after sex. I am awaiting results for syphilis, gonorrhea, chlamydia and HIV serology. I once tested negative for HIV back in 2010. I am concerned with my cough as I was recovering from a week-long cold prior to sex, afterwards, I've had a dry cough for a month now still have it - coughed up total of only 3 white mucus on separate days. I perceived sensations of random, short shooting or tense body pain, brief small rash with 1 tiny red centre dot turned into tiny healing blister spot on left thigh.... 3 now painless dots on the right thigh I had felt bad pain before the dots appeared - couldn't tell if right thigh was from over-night spider-bite or genital herpes. Right now, right testicle feels a little itchy. I also perceived brief strange ear-ache (I am deaf in both ears) and weird aura headaches along with sore wrists, mostly on left wrist. My vision also seems to be a bit off, like I sense flickers or shadows near corner of my eyes, lingering streak of lights in vision. I also felt a small lump under my chin near size of finger-tip for few days, but it seems to have gone down now (still can feel lump in one spot). So far, I've never had a single episode of burning or pain during urination. I also have been having/treating Jock Itch for months and months before sex. I fear I may have caught genital herpes due to unexplained sudden, shooting body pain or muscle pain. I also have had felt weird sensation of burning watery-sensation blanket of heat in my foot that came and disappeared within this month. I can't tell if the leg/thigh pain is from spider-bite/poison ivy/flea bites or from STDs like genital herpes, or syphilis. So far, I've NOT experienced extreme sore throat, fever or pain before/during urination at all. 1) Does this sound like any of the common or rare STD's/HIV? 2) Is it possible my guilt/anxiety can produce these symptoms from regret? 3) What are my chances of STD/HIV risk from protected condom sex that likely did not break?
