I am attempting to secure an appt, for my husband to find out if he could see you as a new patient requesting medication management for Celexa 40 mg. I am Pat Curry's older sister and the daughter of Dr. Jim Curry who practiced medicine here for 35 years. My husband and I just moved here in November. Unfortunately, this refill date got past him and he is now in a bind. In Houston, this medicine was originally prescribed by a psychiatrist and then the family doctor (Amanda Smith at Kelliwood Family Practice) took over.

He has been out of town as of Sunday morning and does not return until Wednesday night. He has to leabev town agsin on Friday. I know this is asking a lot, but is there any way he could see you for a brief consult Thursday, February 23??? Any time during day is fine. We are both anxious to get him back on this medicine because he has been out of it now for a week (unbeknownst to me.)

I will call your office staff to see if this request is possible.
