I Am A StageIV Melanoma Patient, Currently No Evidence Of

I am a stageIV Melanoma patient, currently no evidence of disease. My last scan in Feb showed minimal fullness of the bilateral renal collecting systems. Left more than right. I have noticed a slight tugging feeling in the lower left abdomen over the past month and lower left back ache that I have been attributing to muscle soreness from working outside. I did have a golf ball sized tumor near the left kidney 3 years ago, but the immunotherapy "dissolved" it. My recent unine test showed microscopic blood in urine. I'm thinking I should ask for my next scan scheduled for August to be moved up.....is it time to call the oncologist?
