I am a registered nurse. I have a patient who will need lovenox injections. I have not given one in some time. When I asked a few of my colleagues if you leave the bubble in the syringe or not; no one had a definitive answer. I discovered, through researching, that you are to leave in the bubble, but I could not find if the bubble should be towards the needle or towards the plunger. Would you know?
