I am a diabetic. Last night i was walking and my stomach began to cramp. then moments later my vision left, everything was dark. I passed out in my husbands arms in Walmart. I was hot and felt as if I was dying. I pooped myself. The EMS was called and my blood sugar was reported as 117. I am not sure what could have caused it but even today I am feeling drained and my teeth feel as if they are not attached to my gums anymore. I did drink water right before the EMS came. I was told I drank almost 16 ounces before they got there. But my body fluids released and i thought I was really ready to die. What could have been the problem?
