I Am A Cancer Survivor - Received Successful Treatment For

I am a cancer survivor - received successful treatment for a rare form of malignant melanoma - with immuno-therapy (ipilimumab) 2 yrs. ago. I am now experiencing shaking hands and legs. This is mainly when I get up in the mornings - it does not occur during the day unless I lie down to do exercises and it recurs and it is very evident - mainly both legs. What is this? Thank you, T.
