I am a bodybuilder who is using whey protein , bcaa and glutamine plus natural sources of protein . Everything was fine till I had a heavy spicy fast food . None of my family members who had it suffered but since then , it has been a week , I had to frequently visit the loo . Had o2 . It improved little bit but again since yesterday , I am having severe loose motion . Almost water .O2 is not helping . No loss of apettite and evetything else is fine .
