Suggest Treatment For Tingling Sensation In My Feet While Lying Down Along With Joints Pain And Stiffness
I am a 69y old black female....I have a slight tingling in my feet but only when I lay down at night for sleep...lately I ve have been experiencing body aches in my joints..and stiffness...I thought it was from the weather turning cold....what else could i be experiencing...I also have a very slight but annoying headache

Hello,
It may be due to nerve compression at lumbar spine level.
For further assessment you may require MRI back, nerve conduction studies, vit b 12 level after spine surgeon consultation.
For pain you can take tablet acetaminophen.
You may require tablet Pregabalin and multivitamin after consultation
