I Am A 62 Year Old Male. For A Year,

I am a 62 year old male. For a year, I get very sick on occasion. I will throw up violently, have diarrhea at the same time, and break out in an extremely itchy, red and painful rash from head to toe. Sometimes I get woozy but not dizzy. These symptoms come on suddenly usually beginning with very foul burps. My vomit is not green. This all started last March and I was sick for most of March and April. After that it's been periodic (once a month or 6 weeks). In 2015 I went through several tests including for Menieries disease (E.N.T. specialist), ultra sound of my kidneys, bladder and gall bladder (plus the HIDA test), and endoscopy and a colonoscopy. Nothing was found, but I continue to get sick on occasion. Most recently last Monday night I got "sicker" then I ever was before. The rash was the worst of it although I was throwing up for hours and diarrea at the same time. I had periods of sweats and then freezing. When all this ran it's course, I took my temperature and it was 96.2. Several hours later it was back up to 98.6 and the episode was over. All the specialists can't seem to find an answer. Do you have any idea's ? My name is Marv. please e-mail me at YYYY@YYYY . Thank you.
