Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I am a 62 year old female. 5'5'' & 180 #. I have systolic congestive heart failure from chemotherapy 16 yrars age. Was diagnosed with the heart problem a few years ago. My ejection fraction was 45 & then up to 50. Occasionally I have palpations but today they are constant. No pain or shortness of breath just the slight squeezing in my throat, chest, & stomach. I realize I need to see my doctor but do I need to go to the emergency room or can I wait to get into the dr.
