I Am A 59 Year Old White Male, Non- Smoker,

I am a 59 year old white male, non- smoker, in great health my entire life. About a week ago I got up from the couch and a sudden back pain hit me on my left side and radiates into my hip. No blood in stool or urine, no problem urinating, if I eat spicy food it aggrevates it. I believe the pain comes from my stomach but I feel it in my lower left bak and hip. Always feels like it worsens after eating, especially spicy foods. It kind of feels like I am bloated and get relief if I pass gas or after urination. Hard to stand up strfaight.
