I am a 59 year old retired female teacher with perfect health. I had a right knee meniscal repair (anchors put in) about four years ago. I have been cautious not to squat or twist my knee. My knee has not interrupted activities. A week ago I bowled for the first time but felt I did not release the ball on the right leg. Since then the knee is stiff, swollen, and has discomfort. What do you think?
