I am a 58 yr old AA male, I take meds for BP, Bystolic for heart valve replacements and Metformin for pre diabetes and xarellto because i had an episode with A Fib two months ago. My BP is normal with meds, A!C a little high sometime. I still play tennis, ride my bike, walk alot(10k steps a day), cut the grass and do all kinds of yard work . Today out of nowhere at school ( I sub teach) I had what I would call a dizzy spell. Then I was OK. What could that be attributed to?? YYYY@YYYY
