I Am A 58 Year Old Female. I Am Mostly

I am a 58 year old female. I am mostly healthy. I walk 2 t 3 miles 3 to 4 days per week, I try to eat healthy foods - fruits and vegetables - and stay away from sugary foods, etc. I take the following medications:

Estradiol for osteoporosis. Bone Density Scan 3 years ago indicated bone loss. I took Actonel and Boniva each for a little over a year. There was improvement at subsequent Bone Density scans, but I had some pain in my knee joint and asked if it might be a side effect of the medication. The doctor prescribed Meloxicam and Estradiol in November and indicated that I would need to return in 6 months as a part of the monitoring process for these medications.

2 years ago in May when I had pain in the lower left side of my abdomen, I had an MRI, was diagnosed with diverticulitis, and was admitted to the hospital for an overnight stay and given antibiotics. I have had a couple of episodes since then and received antibiotics as treatment.
In August, 2 years ago, during a routine mammogram, a lump was discovered in my breast, and I had surgery to remove it and the pathology report indicated that it was benign.
Yesterday I saw my doctor for a sinus infection that has been lingering for about 8 weeks. While I was in the office, the doctor mentioned the result of an ANA test that was part of my bloodwork obtained during my last visit in June. He indiated that my ANA level was in the 1 to 80 range which is only slightly outside of the "normal" range. He mentioned that this may be indicative of an autoimmune disease and that it would be something he will watch. I was so surprised that I did not know exactly how to respond. I have been concerned about it. I do have some of the symptoms to a mild degree such as headaches, dizziness, fatigue, but I have just thought these were perhaps a part of getting a little older or having a cold or just being busy.

Should I be concerned? Should I request a follow up visit sooner than my next scheduled appointment in January to ask more questions?

Thank you so much!
