I Am A 50 Y/o Female Stage 3 Breast Cancer

I am a 50 y/o female stage 3 breast cancer in 2009 lumpectomy lymph node removal chemo and radition..on Nov. 30th 2016 I had a bilateral mastectomy a small cancerous tumor 0.7cm..Prior to this my PCP had run several blood tests for extreme fatigue severe bone pain joint swelling and pain the results showed abnormal liver enzymes vitamin D level of 10 and osteoporosis..Now after my surgery which was done because of a large mass and positive genetic testing my symptoms have become worse red flushed face fatigue nausea vomiting diarrhea noticable swelling under my right ribs loss of appetite there are small areas on my skin under where my breast use to be and on my sides under my arms that burn intensely the worst thing is that my mental state is being affected I cant seem to remember for a minute I am very irritable It makes it harder to get through the day forgeting things and not thinking straight..Just a low grade fver at night..Just trying to make it through the holidays..I think I know but please give me your mediacal opinion
