I Am A 49 Year Old Male, I Have Had

I am a 49 year old male, I have had 1 stone on the left and 1 on right 15 years ago.
At present I have a 11mm kidney stone inside the kidney on the right side. Kidney stone laying on the bottom part of kidney near the ureathra opening.
Should I have the stone lithotripsy out or other procedures, or let it be and observe ? I just passed a 3mm stone from right kidney that was all found at the emergency room with a CT scan. The stone is calcium oxcilate, Thank you
