I Am A 47 Y/o Female. Hx Of Ulcerative Colitis

I am a 47 y/o female. Hx of ulcerative colitis post colectomy with J-Pouch in 1997. I am obese and pre-diabetic. I have primary biliary cirrhosis. My meds are Paxil 40mg QD, Actigal 1200mg QD and trazadone 100mg QHS. Since my colectomy, I've had problems with upper body muscle cramps that I've attributed to minor dehydration over the years. However, in the past 2 years, they've become worse and seem to only be getting worse regardless of my fluid intake. All my electrolytes are wnl. I drink about 1.5 -2.5 quarts of H2O daily and often drink 16-32 ounces of Gatorade. Do you have any suggestions what is causing these cramps
