I am a 44 year old female. I've had 4 or 5 UTI's in the last 10-12 months- what would cause that? Twice when on long flight? (10-11 HOURS) Is that just a coincidence? The others while living in Africa, very hot and humid? Just wondering if the conditions will affect my body and cause the UTI? Unfortunately because of where I was at the time I had to treat myself (with Cipro- it worked) But why is it reoccurring? I'm flying to Africa again in one month and I'm afraid it's going to happen again. What should I do? Thank you.
