I Am A 35 Year Old Female. In December 2014

I am a 35 year old female. In December 2014 I was diagnosed with adenomyosis and was placed on birth control pills to help control the pain. Then I had 3 heart attacks February 22, 2015 and had 3 stents put in. I had an artery that was 100% blocked. I was taken off of the birth control pillsand placed on Plavix 75mg daily and Asprin 80 daily. I became pregnant October 2016 and had to have the pregnancy medically terminated due to the extreme health concern. I had an IUD put in place when the procedure was done.I have not had a period since the IUD was put in, which I know is normal. I am now having severe abdominal cramping. I figured it was just normal monthly cramping but my right leg is throbbing in pain from the top of my leg all the way to my toes. The cramping started this morning and has gotten worse through the day, the pain has gotten to the point of making me sick to my stomach. Do you think that think is something to worry about considering all of my health issues in the past year or is this common?
