I Am A 14 Year Old Male, And About 5

I am a 14 year old male, and About 5 months ago, I was hit at the front of my neck by a friend, somewhere slightly around the cricoid cartilage. At the time I felt no pain, trouble swallowing or breathing. However, from other online sources I have read, laryngeal fractures can occur even without symptoms noticed. As such, could I please know the chances of me having gotten a Laryngeal fracture even though no symptoms were observed? (Also this friend who has hit me isn't really a strong guy so he couldn't have used a large amount of force.) Thanks!
