I Am 70 Years Old And Was Diagnosed With Burning

I am 70 years old and was diagnosed with burning mouth syndrome about 18 months ago. I have lost about 60 pounds because of it, which is not good because now I am down to 106 pounds. I have been given a ton of meds including Neurotin, multiple mouth rinses, and lozenges but nothing helps. I currently take Klonopin which only gives me minimal relief, but makes me so dizzy I can't even walk without holding on to something. I have also been on lipoic acid and vitamin B. Do you think Pamelor might help or do you have any other suggestions? I read a study about use of Pamelor for relief.
