I Am 68 Years Old. I Am Taking Sleeping Pills

I am 68 years old. I am taking sleeping pills named,ALPROZLAM 0.5 + 0.25 mg daily at night and get sleep for more or less 5 hours, then I do not have sleep in day. I am taking the above pills for the past 8 years, firstly I started from 0.25 mg and now it has enhanced to 0.75 mg. To avoid sleeping pills what should I do, Your expert opinion please.
