I Am 67 Years Old, Female, In Good Health And

I am 67 years old, female, in good health and weight (5'5" and 120 pounds) and have been taking 5,000 units of Vitamin B-12 which seems to keep my "trigger finger" from seizing up on me. Is there a maximum dosage which I should not exceed? Would 10,000 units, for instance, keep the finger free almost all of the time? Thank you.
