I Am 60, In Good Health, Other Than Having Been

I am 60, in good health, other than having been diagnosed with heart afib 2 1/2 years ago. I'm presently taking diltiazem ER 180 mg one time a day. ANd taking flecanide 100 mg twice a day. Usually i stay in rhyrtym. Monday, I missed a dose of the diltizem and didn't feel any changes. But yesterday I started experiencing a heavy feeling in my chest (but no palpitations), nausea and headache (back of neck and forehead)... I normaly do not have headaches. I took a 1 gr lorazapam to help calm things... went to bed. Woke up this morning feeling better. But as the day has gone on, the symptoms are all back and as the day's gone on, they feel worse. My BP and puse rate are normal and again, I'm not feeling any flutters... just pressure on my chest area, headache, severe nauseu and some difficulty breathing. I took a 10 mg Valium to see if that would help me relax and help get back into rhythm (if in fact I'm even out of rhtym). Is it alright for me to take the following (knowing that there is valium and the two heart meds in my system) some phenagren 25 mg for the nauseua? Is it okay also to add about 400 or 600 mg of Ibuprofen for the headache? I really do not want to go to the ER for this. I don't think it's that severe... but the symptoms are not leaving... and the headache is getting worse. My upper stomach area is bloated although I've not eaten much at all yesterday and today. Thank you.
