I Am 5'8, Over The Past Two-three Years I Have

I am 5'8, over the past two-three years I have gained weight and now I am roughly 175 pounds (29 years old), growing up I always had low blood pressure and was anemic, I have also never slept the entire night through (waking up at least every hour). Over the past couple of months, I have noticed that I am progressively tired more and more, it is getting harder to fall asleep at night, and walking up and down stairs i now have to use a hand rail as my legs feel weak (feels like I have been exercising for an hour). I have checked my blood pressure last couple of days and I noticed that I have slightly high blood pressure now.
I am not sure what is causing any of this, or if it is anything to worry about?
