I am 56 yr old .I have B.P since 2002 which was identified when I experienced some left lower limb weakness during bathing in the morning and admitted to nearby hospital. I have relieved from the weakness and on medication since then (NEBIVOLOL 2.5 mg, which later increased to 5 mg). I was also advised to take ECOSPRIN (ASPRIN tablet) along with, which I was discontinued due to some uneasiness
On 12th August 2015 ,when I woke up in the morning, after a very tedious physical and mental strain of work for 2 days without having good sleep, I noticed difficulty in walking and left lower limb weakness. I was admitted to hospital. I have no neck pain or back pain.No bladder or bowel symptoms
No cranial nerve symptoms. All vitals were normal. Lower limb power was 4-/5 Upper limb power 5/5. Left upper limb no sensory loss.No cerebellar signs. MRI brain revealed infarct in right paraventricular
region and posterior limb internal capsule. I was started anti platelets,cerebro protectives and other supportive medication. My condition improved and discharged on 17.08.2015.

CBC:Hb-12.8 Platelet-338 INR-0.9 ESR -13 Viral markers-Negative

UNDER MEDICATION: Clopilet 75mg (clopidogrel), Nebivolol 5 mg, Tonact 20 mg later gradually reduced to 10 mg, 5 mg.
I am not in a position to consult my doctor right now,who prescribed the above medicines. A nearby doctor advised me to take RENERVE capsule containing Mecobalamin, Alphalipoic Acid, Inositol, Folic Acid, Chromium Polynicotinate & Selenium
Right now I want to know whether I could take RENERVE CAPSULE (contents cited above) 1 in night.
Right now I am taking Nebivolol 2.5mg in morning , clopidogrel 75 mg in afternoon , Tonact 5 mg containing(Atorvastatin IP)
