I Am 55 Yr. Male In Reasonably Fit Condition With

I am 55 yr. male in reasonably fit condition with no relevant history, no meds. I have experienced ringing/hissing in ears for a couple of years. I have also experienced elevated BP spikes (i.e. 160/110), but I've been able to return to normal BP within a few days following rest, better diet, better exercise, etc. Recently, when bending over to tie shoe, I fell over and experienced extreme vertigo. After experimenting, I conclude that the dizziness occurs by simply tilting my head to one side or the other. Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks, Steve
