I am 52 years old, my period has been very irregular the past year. Twice a month, heavy, sometimes extremely light. I haven't had a period since March 23rd. I am sexually active, my boyfriend and I do not use protection. Is it possible that I could be pregnant or possibly starting menopause? How trustworthy are over the counter pregnancy test? I may look into this......

Thank you. I was concerned because my period is lasting so long - two weeks. I ve recently begun working out at the Gym. I am a 52 3/4 year old male. I used to run alot. completed several marathons and used to be in a whole lot better shape than I am now. I an 6 and right at 200 lbs. I want to lose weight and get health. My wife says HR of 160 BPM during my 2 -3 x weekly workout is too high. I ve been working out for about 1.5 - 2 hours for the last month. Your thoughts?
