I am 5'11" 222 lbs. Had a kidney transplant Nov 3rd. anti rejection drugs have made made me insulin dependent ( I was warned the drugs would totally jack up my blood sugar so insulin for at least a time was pretty certain. My abdomen is bruised pretty significantly from the shots and I was wondering about shooting them in my chest tissue just to spread out the bruising. I don't see how people can get to the fat on their legs or arms by themselves.
