I Am 44 And Had A Total Hysterectomy Almost 15

I am 44 and had a total hysterectomy almost 15 years ago because of endometriosis and profuse pain and bleeding every month. Luckily I was blessed to have two children before that. Both vaginal birth. Prior to hysterectomy I had tried everything from pain meds, to suppressing cycle for years at a time with birth control pills. I had 3 or 4 laparoscopic surgeries along with d&c to clean out uterus and try to see what was going on. I also had my tubes tied right after giving birth to my second child, and the total hysterectomy 4 years after that. They ended up finding a lot of adenomyosis in the uterus. I have not taken any HRT Or anything like that. Now a couple months ago I thought I had noticed some pink color after wiping but didn't think much of it. About a month ago I began feeling pain in the external vaginal area and noticed a hard lump on the right labia. It was very painful but did go away in about another week. I still have a dull ache and now the pain is more internal and almost feels like a very very mild period type pain. I also am spotting a reddish-pinkish discharge with slight odor to it. I have not had any type of sexual activity whatsoever in about 1 1/2 years now (no interest at ALL), and I am on pain meds daily for back issues, fenofibrate for chol/triglycerides, Paxil for depression. I have had a couple times lately where I feel a rush release of a tiny bit of vaginal fluids and it also has brownish tint to it. I also have not had a pap since 2001. Any ideas what can be causing this so many years later? And would you recommend my fam practice doc, or go right above that level to a gynecologist first?
