I am 38 years old male, when I was just 22 I had an accident at work. I was an ironworkers and fell 40' to the ground! Luckily substring minor injuries to my ancles. Surviving the fall with a broken ankle in my right leg. Over the years I can fell my lower back in a lot of pain, mostly around my but. Most recently I have started wetting the bed nightly and have loss of erectile functions. I have had x-rays in the past and have been diagnosed loose vertebrae in the l4 or l5 s1. Should I be concerned now?
