I am 33 years old female. Earlier i have low bp(2 yrs back) but 15 days back i suffered with headache and my BP was 190/110 doctor referred for eco cordiography and diognosed as Grade II LV diastolic dysfunction (Interventricular Septum-13, Posterior wall thickness, 12, LVED dimension-32, LVES dimension-19, Left Atrium size-28, Aortic root diameter-25, LV Ejection Fraction 60%.on 20 feb 16 my bp was 150/100 I used medicine Amlong 5 mg, Seloken XL 50 mg & LIPIKIND 20mg now(27 Feb 16) my bp is 140/100. My doctor adviced same medicine for 2 week more. He said it will decrease slowly it will take time. I am using low salt & sugar ( my sugar is 98). Please give me advice and ristrictions if food if any.
