I am 30 weeks pregnant with my 4th child. I have been experiencing severe pains in my upper abdomen and central stomach area that come and go throughout the day. I thought I was dehydrated or an intestinal issue, but I am not constipated and not dehydrated. Its different from braxton hicks because I have those also, this is more like sharp sharp pain that comes for 10 seconds then dissipates. Any thoughts? I see my OB on Thursday, not sure if I should go sooner. Has been happening for 5 days.
