I am 21, male, weight 58kg, 1,6m height. I had been diagnosed with overactive sympathetic nervous system 6 weeks ago, been using beta blocker medicine with decreasing dose, but stopped altogether a week ago. Now my heart rate stays a little more than 70 when I lay resting, but as soon as I get up and walk for a bit, it rises to over 90. Doing some exercise like jogging easily rises it to more than 100. When climbing stair about 2 floors, it also rises to 90. On top of that it's really slow to recover to the normal state, normal it take more than 1 hour if the air is a bit hot. Please help me.
