Hello,

I recommend taking this therapy of Clopidogrel, Baby aspirin and Rosuvastatin for stroke prevention. Piracetam daily and GinkGo daily can help improve your situation. Alfa lipoic daily coupled with vitamin B complex can help improve the neuropathy. If you are diabetic, it is important to increase your drug dose in order to have a better control of diabetes. Regular check up of fasting glucose is necessary.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
