Im only 20 and do not want to bring this up with my trusted doctor. What is the best course of action for me to recieve relief when needed?

I am 41. Had a colposcopy done 10 days ago with good results but for about five days now I have been having chronic muscle aches in my thighs and mild cramps (almost how my PMS used to be in my younger years)... overall nagging aches...why? Is this normal? I had a colposcopy done about 6 yrs ago with no problems. Now I m worried.
