I’ve been having leg pain since I was a young girl. The pain happens maybe one a week to once every two weeks. It is a dull pain which can become sharp pain sometimes. The pain is always in my lower leg/calf area. I can temporarily relieve the pain by stretching which makes me think the problem may be in my veins. If you sit on the ground, both legs straight in front of you, and your stretch, you’ll start to feel pressure and light pain. When my legs are hurting, If i hold this position for about 10 second and stop the stretch, the pain is relieved for about 5-10 seconds then comes back. Anyway I stretch my legs that causes that same pressure will temporarily relieve the pain. I have no idea what this is.
